Front lower tooth mobile due 2 deep bite
I am experiencing gum receeding issue in lower front jaw coz of which my lower front teeth has become a bit mobile. What would you suggest? My age is 28. Recently undergone scaling and deep cleaning to remove tartar. Dentist also said I have got a deep bite aligned tooth structure coz of which regular trauma in front tooth is causing the problem.

Respected sir/ madam the deep bite is giving trauma to your front teeth. Because of the biting force your gums are receeding which is called gingival recession in clinical terms. The offending teeth can be reduced in height by about 0.5-1mm to give them clearance and relief. Rest i can advice honestly only after seeing you in person.
