HELLO, IT MAY BE DUE TO CHRONIC SINUSITIS WHICH HAS INFECTION IN SIDE. DUE TO THIS FEVER N HEADACH IS THEIR. ADVISE:-   HOT WATER FUMES WITH VICKS  THREE TIMES A DAY. TABLET SIGMOFLAM THREE TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS AFTER MEAL. TABLET TAXIM O 200 TWO-TIME A DAY AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER FOR FIVE DAYS. SIPS OF LUKE WARM WATER, TOMATO SOUP., FEEL YOU BETTER. O.K, BYE.
