Most probably it's UTI.
Take plenty of water.
Tab Urispas(200mg) twice a day for 5 days
Syrup Uriliser 2tsf in water twice daily for 3 days
Tab Ceftum(250)bd for 5 days
Urine -Re,Me,CS and blood for FBS, PPBS

It can be Urinary Tract Infection. You will require a course of antibiotics to help it resolve. Along with that drink plenty of water and maintain hygiene down there .
