I am afraid that you have advanced renal failure....you need to get investigated and plan long term treatment... Get yourself by Nephrologist at the earliest...dialysis maybe required but it depends on the long standing nature of the problem.. All problems may not have an answer..Dont lose hope..If you are on the correct treatment you will be healthy
