Why do I have frequent urination and no vaginal discharge? And my breast nipples hurt a little.  Am I supposed to expect my periods soon?

Frequent urination cn be a sign of infection or pregnancy. If you hv been sexually active do a urine pregnancy test if you miss your periods. Consult directly for further management regarding the same
