How frequent i can use clingen forte

Hiii Dr...i have used clingen forte vaginal suppositories in the month of april...got very good results...since again i am having itching sensation down there ...can i do the seven day courSe again. I am using warm water with salt wash.... Kindly advice if i can use it again or not..
