Frequent urination
I have frequent urination from last 7 days(I went for small one day tour after from next days it's happening no outside food or water I drank),I can hold easily for 2-4 hours ,no itching,no pain while urination ,(just have urge to pee this came on mind)and have to go washroom ,no extreme thrist (after workout also no that much thrist) also can do regular work. If I hold I go for urination 6-7 time in 24hrs If I am not holding every 1-2 hour I have urge To go. No any heath issue What can be issue ? Should I concern? I am sportsperson doing regular exercise around 5km running and cardio.(age 24,M height 167cm weight 63) no smoking no alcohol not to much carbs in diet
