Frequent urination

I have a problem of frequent urination. i have to urinate in around every 30 or 20 mins even if i don't drink water. and sometimes urine leakage too. and is it cureable? i'm scared of this problem and is it a sign to kidney cancer or failure like that?

Dear Sir, this is unlikely to be a sign of kidney cancer. However such frequent urination is definitely not normal and leakage is worrisome. You should visit a urologist and get the urine analysis and culture done. Most commonly it may be a sign of urinary infection but other causes like stones and overactive bladder must also be ruled out.
