Hello there.
I can understand your concern.If the weather is cool, then it's normal to urinate frequently.
If you drink too much water then also it's normal to urinate frequently.
If you drink too much coffee, then also it's normal.
Get your blood sugar checked.
Consult a endocrinologist in person for further evaluation and management.
