In the third trimester the uterus is entirely in the abdominal cavity , that means it is not in the pelvis. So it can't interfere with the bladder. Your symptoms may be due to infection of the urethra or bladder. You should get a routine urine examination and urine culture done , take some medicine to make the urine alkaline and consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo with all the reports.
