Frequent Urination
I am having frequent urination from past two weeks. I dont have any severe thirst as such. I measured my water intake for a day to be 2000ml and urine output is around 1700ml. Normal values of KFT and Urine R/M. PP blood sugar is 108. Urine Osmolarity is 584 Serum Osmolarity is 295 I always have high sodium in the range of 143-144 for past 3 years. Could this be Diabetes Insipidus?

It could be diabetic insipidus. Because in diabetic insipidus there is increase in sodium levels and increase in urine output along with increase thirst. There is increasing in vesopressing chemical which is diauratic hormone which increases urine output.
