Frequent mouth ulsers
I am having mouth ulsers (छाले) almost on daily basis which come and go on their own. By applying glycerine they go away but come again next day. Is there any vitamin deficiency?

Mouth ulcers can occur because of stress as well as multivitamin deficiency. Avoid stress and take Tab A-Z once a day for15 days. Avoid hot and smoky drinks and food
