Frequent heart palpitations
Some past negative experiences keep coming to my head randomly, and I can't get rid of them soon. I keep thinking about them and my heart palpitates. Sometimes I start sweating and crying too. This happens very often. Almost daily. Should I consult therepy or is it natural?

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it’s tough going through with this on a regular basis. The past experiences you are talking about could be trauma and we will have to create a safe space to talk about them and release the related emotions in a safe space. Once the emotions are released Th palpitations which are nothing but coming from fear and panic will subside. The reason you are crying and sweating is because there is a lot of emotional load you’ve stored from the past and that’s asking for a release. The more you try to suppress it the more it will force it’s way out. Therapy is the best way forward to clear the emotional load and have self awareness.

Hi... You are experiencing panic attacks. As you say if they are triggered by past negative memories, then they are purely psychosocial in nature. Therefore, will require only psychotherapy/counselling. If the frequency and intensity of your panic attacks are debilitating or impairing your daily life functioning, then medications may be introduced.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
