Frequent Headache
I frequently get headache. I am really not sure why do this keep occuring. Pain sometimes occur on one side of the head usually left side, forehead and goes behind the ear.

Probably migraine . Need triptan(tab/ nasal spray/ transdermal patch)+ meditation + regular coffee + exercise If no history of trauma or family history.

Do you have Any family history of migraine ? Do you notice any triggering factor for this headache ,like sunlight,cold climates or anything like this ? Do you have vomiting or vomiting sensation during this headache ?
