Frequent headache
I am 24 yr old female
Height 5'1'
Weight - 47kg
I am getting Frequenct headaches on the forehead and mild headache on left side of the head.
I took paracetamol. It helped but still have mild
headache.
I occasionally drink(once in a week) and consume 1 cup of coffee daily.
Any advice?

It can be due to migraine, increased screen time , lack of sleep etc.

can take tab sibilium 5mg twice a day after food for 5 days
tab paracetamol twice a day after food.
