Hi Dr, I have been experiencing alot of headaches since a week now. Mainly, when i bend to take something, sit, or do any normal exercise my head hurts alot. Sometimes my ears ache as well but its not alot. But since a week, I have been a bit stressed. A basic painkiller like Saridon, helps but not very much.
