Hello.. if ur child is having high grade fever sone more than 48-72 hrs then u need to get her checked physically…u can give paracetamol after every 4-5 hrs it’s safe but if fever is persistent then do reach offline

Hi, since howmany days she is having fever? And what's the recorded temperature? Need more details to give advise. Take consultation.

Maintain temperature chart, if she having temperature above 99°F it's fever. For low grade fever tapid sponging is enough. If she is having 100° + fever give her paracetamol. You can give paracetamol syrup 4 times a day (after food).
