Best treatment to start is wax therapy and finger mobilization. At home you can dip your hand in alternatively in warm water and cold water. While doing it try to make a fist and then open. You can use a smile ball for hand muscle strengthening.
Next Steps
Please visit a physiotherapy centre and get wax therapy and mobilization exercises done on regular basis. 100℅ you will see the result.
Health Tips
keep trying finger movements at home..keep the smile ball handy always.
