Fracture and workout
Hi, i had a fracture in my left radius and have a plate with seven screws inside. It's been 8 months since surgery and I've started going to the gym since 20 days. What should be the frequency of exercises and pressure applied on the left arm. I still feel a slight lack of grip in my left hand compared tithe right one, how much weights should i lift, can i do pushups in the future and how to progress from here on, please help as i  can't get a good answer anywhere, thanks!!

8 months is a good time post surgery to start gymming. Avoid lifting heavy weights and be gentle , avoid jerks. Although there is no specific gymming protocol post surgery, the check point for any exercise would be the feeling of pain. Stop when you experience pain and then build up gradually.
