I am 27 M & have had sex quite a lot of times. However, my foreskin doesn't pull back completely. It comes halfway, like 30-40% so the pink skin underneath is visible.
It pains a little when i try to pull back while jerking off. No pain during sex though. Any word on this please?

Hi, Phimosis is the inability of the prepuce (foreskin) to be retracted behind the glans penis in uncircumcised males.
Circumcision is a safe surgical procedure that is well tolerated in nearly all patients.
Phimosis does not recur after proper circumcision. If too much penile skin is left, a repeat circumcision may be necessary for medical or cosmetic reasons. In adults, some permanent skin-color discrepancy along the suture line of the circumcision may occur.
