Formula to Breast Feeding
My baby is 28 days old and I am giving 40 ml formula milk several times a day due to low breastmilk supply. Now my breast milk in increasing and baby also latching. So I want to discontinue formula completely. Is it ok to discontinue formula at once or do I need to follow any transition process and gradually needs to shift from formula to Breast Feeding? Please advise.

If you are not sure about the adequacy of breast milk and baby's intake you can gradually reduce formula. Otherwise can switch in one go
