Since your orthopaedic doctor has specifically advised avoiding massage and focusing on exercises, follow that advice. After a radial head fracture, stiffness is common, and your current movement sounds fairly good for 7 weeks, but it should continue improving gradually.
Next Steps
Since you still have a 20–30° movement restriction, progress should be gradual and pain-free  exercise  elbow bending and strengthening rather than forceful. If the movement stops improving, follow up with your orthopaedic doctor. You can also consult me online for a second opinion on your exercise progression.
Health Tips
Do gentle, pain-free elbow bending and straightening exercises, along with wrist and forearm movements. Perform them slowly without forcing the last few degrees. Avoid aggressive stretching, heavy lifting and forceful massage until your doctor clears you.The 6 days of ultrasound/massage does not mean you will definitely develop new bone formation.

Your X-ray/clinical progress needs to be correlated by the treating orthopedist, but physiotherapy can still be useful—mainly for guided ROM and progressive strengthening. At this stage, avoid forceful stretching or aggressive massage. Ultrasound/massage is not essential for recovery, and stopping them is reasonable if your surgeon advised against them.
Next Steps
The 20–30° movement gap can often improve gradually with an appropriate exercise program. A physiotherapist can assess your current ROM and give you a safe home program without unnecessarily stressing the healing elbow.
Health Tips
For best guidance and fast recovery you should take a consultation. I’ll assist and give a proper home recovery program

A massage is very different from ultrasound therapy. Seeing yours case it feels you do need ultrasound for some more days and ask your physiotherapist to concentrate on manual techniques as well Since it's post operative and has immobilization history , it's better to continue ultrasound but concentrate more on exercise and manual therapy. Ultrasound will not make a bone grow

Do not use aggressive mobilization or forceful stretching to try to get the last 20–30° quickly. Forceful treatment after elbow trauma can irritate the tissues; heterotopic ossification (HO) is a known complication after fracture Continue gentle active elbow flexion–extension and forearm pronation/supination, within a comfortable range. Continue shoulder, wrist and hand movements. Your current ROM—about 20–30° loss of flexion/extension at 7 weeks—is not automatically an indication for surgery. Elbow stiffness can improve gradually with appropriate rehabilitation.
Next Steps
If the doctor has already seen early HO/calcification on your X-ray, then I would be particularly conservative: no deep massage, no forceful stretching, and no aggressive joint mobilization, and continue only the gentle exercise program prescribed by the orthopedic team. Rehabilitation intensity may need to be modified when HO is developing.
Health Tips
If you upload the X-ray/report from today's orthopedic visit, I can explain whether there is any mention of heterotopic ossification, callus formation, fracture healing, or elbow stiffness, and I can help you make a safe exercise plan.

There is no need to go for ultrasonic or any other physiotherapy modality on the affected part. You only need stretching and strengthening exercise exercises for the elbow wrist and hand.

You don't need any electric modalities for getting recovered. Only exercises will help and than progression to strength training exercises will bring all your normal activities back.
