Hi, thank you for sharing your concern so openly. I understand how uncomfortable this can feel—both physically and mentally. From your description, it appears that your foreskin has retracted during puberty and remained fixed or adhered, leaving the glans permanently exposed. This can lead to sensitivity, dryness, and discomfort due to constant friction with clothing. First, it’s important to clarify that this condition may be related to: Loss of normal foreskin elasticity Adhesion or scarring A variant of paraphimosis or post-retraction fixation In conventional medicine, minor cases may be managed with topical treatments, but in many cases, surgical correction is suggested. However, in homeopathy, we approach this differently. We focus on: Improving tissue health and elasticity Reducing any underlying inflammation or sensitivity Addressing the root cause rather than just the local issue Many patients with similar concerns have experienced improvement in discomfort, sensitivity, and overall condition with individualized homeopathic treatment—without immediate surgery. That said, a proper evaluation is very important in your case to understand: Whether the foreskin is truly adhered or just tight Any scarring or fibrosis present Your overall constitutional symptoms With 23+ years of clinical experience, I have treated various male health concerns with a holistic approach, and I always guide honestly—whether your case can be managed medically or needs surgical opinion. If you would like a detailed assessment and personalized guidance, feel free to connect: www.healthglobalclinics.com You don’t have to live with this discomfort—let’s evaluate it properly and find the best possible solution for you. Yes, this condition is likely due to persistent adhesions between the foreskin and the penile shaft/glans. Normally, these adhesions separate during puberty, but in some cases they can persist. For your current discomfort: You can use a lubricant (like petroleum jelly) to reduce friction with clothes. Wearing loose, soft cotton underwear will also help reduce irritation. For the further homoeopathic treatment, you need to connect online, and after a full case taking your issue will be resolved definitely..and you will be more satisfied then..Stay healthy and safe 👍😊

From your symptoms it is phymosis In mild to moderate cases, we can try homeopathic medicines to reduce inflammation and improve skin elasticity. However, if the foreskin is very tight or causing repeated infections or urine difficulty, a minor surgical procedure may be required. In post surgical recovery also homeopathy helps to recover fast. I’ll assess your symptoms and guide accordingly.
