I have to manually pull my foreskin back during erection.
There is no pain or tightness.
I think my foreskin is large so that even after erection it covers the head of my penis.
Do I need any medication or this is normal?
Does this gonna effect my sex life in future?
Do you think it is the condition of phimosis?
I don't feel pain or anything I just noticed it randomly today and thought about consulting a doctor.

Large prepuce is not a problem by itself. However if it’s compromising your sexual life or hygiene then you need to consult physically and get evaluated by andrologist or urologist

Hello. You certainly should see a doctor who should do physical examination. Since there is no pain yet the retraction is not happening it needs to be seen. Try to see if the foreskin can be slowly pulled back or thats a painful affair.
Next Steps
See a doctor.
Health Tips
During bath try to see if a flacid penis can tolerate the foreskin being rolled behind. Or the trouble happens only on erection.
