Forehead, ear and hand tiny-tiny dots
Since 1-2 years, In my forehead, left hand and on ear area many tiny-tiny glossy type dots (little bit whitish in color) like pimple is there. In summer time it appears more in number and also it increase and decrease by own. When I googled about it I found that it may be lichen nitidus because it seems to be like that.
I also posted the picture below of my forehead anf hand by marking the area where dots can be seen clearly.
What it can be happen?
Kindly suggest some ointments or home remedies to get rid from that.

It's viral wart...Undergo laser removal therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

These are warts. Need to be treated. It will spread otherwise as its a viral infection.
