Fordyce spots (white patches cluster)
When my foreskin is stretched back, cluster of white spots are there on the skin and penis head, it's not itchy at all or painful. 2 days ago, had intercourse when pessary medicine was working and antifungal cream used on the female partner. Today morning discovered those spots. Photo attached, please help, it's affecting my self confidence.
