Hii.i am 27 year old.my 2.5 year old child some times feed from me breast milk.now days my weight decreased.my energy level also very low.please prescribe any protein powder for weight gain.

Greetings! Weight loss happens due to multiple factors. One of the important aspects is energy balance. Mothers need to be particularly watchful of their diet due to the hectic lifestyle while managing a toddler. To gain weight include foods that are energy dense & nutrient dense. Example :  Nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pine nuts, hazelnut), seeds like Sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, chia seeds. Gud afternoon  do u have done overall  body check up I mean to say blood test,there might be some internal health issues, if not done then do it asap.as u r feeding baby u need to take extra care of your dietary pattern,if u r not eating properly healthy foods then try to start eating healthy foods.protein powder supplement is recommended when u r unable to meet up the nutritional needs through foods in that case only.so pls try to have a healthy food plate balanced diet as well as focus on lifestyle modification.
