When it comes to weight gain, there are two ways to it. One is fat weight and other is muscle weight. Gaining muscle mass is the healthy way of going about it.
So to start with,
1. Start working out. A combination of cardio and strength exercises gives best results.
2. Have a healthy diet. (More of protein from lean meats- chicken, fish etc., Eggs, dairy products and pulses)
