I see blood spot in my son's stool. he doesn't take interest in eating, likes snacks only. still bottle feeding and I think he is anemic because his palm n nails are whitish.what should be done.

Your child is now 3 year first thing to do stop bottle feeding as this is the main culprit. Then and then only your child will start eating food. To much bottle feeding causes hard stool which some times accompany drop of blood. If you haven’t given deworming medicines then you should do that. Get cbc with ps done

does your baby take in mouth chalk, wall scraping, shoes, slippers?? is there pain in abdomen associated with bloody stool or can you see any worm in stool??

get one cbc, stool Routine microscopy done and accordingly we can plan wether it's iron deficiency or worm infestation or vit B 12 deficiency .
