7month old doesn't want to eat solid

I have a 7months old baby, she is not eating solid, I have tried everything but she doesn't open her mouth. She only wants to have milk and no food. What should I do

You have to decrease milk in his diet.so he becomes whenever hungry will accept solid food.Give cow milk diluted.dont give milk with more fat.
