U can take. Medicine is available in both globules/pills and liquid form. If u buy in pills form then 3-4 pills for each dose. If u buy in liquid form then 2drops in 2 spoons of water for each dose.
Take 3 times for 3 days.
But remember immunity is not developed overnight. Also there are many factors that affect ur immunity like balanced diet, stress, exercise etc.
