Yes you can take the two medicines with a 5 minute gap among the two. Take four pills thrice a day of both medicines.
Also take carbo veg 30 (four pills twice a day) for your bloating. If you feel that the bloating doesn't improve, then have it four times a day.
This is like allopathy try giving Azithromycin before giving augmentin. So I will have to discuss more about your throat, cough and cold to give you further prescription and cure.
