Foot pain reoccurring
I have foot pain in both the legs. Whenever I walk regularly, pain will repeats. It is reoccurring. I feel pain at 4-6 parts of my foot. What should I do?

According to your history your suffering from plantar fasciitis both foot because of calcaneal spur which cause compression of surrounding tissue

Foot area ? 4-5 areas? Is it sole area ? Heal area?  upper part of foot ?  lower part of foot? Do you have flat foot? Do you use lot of time formal shoes ? Your job involve lot of time standing ? History not proper. Difficulty understanding it.

as basic foot prblms my suggestionTo you will be 1. change your foot wear 2. use a soft sandle or sport shoe has sole of memory foam 3. apply ice  to your feet for 20 min thrice per day for 7 days. (put ice in thin cloth and apply. not directly to skin) 4. physio excersies for plantar foot streching  / calf muscles streching excersies. 5. Pain medications amd other Medicine can be discussed online with us or your Orthopaedic doctor.

use those soft above mentioned sandle or shoes continuously at home and at work place or going outside . for 4 week's. your complaint will resolve.
