I have foot pain in both the legs. Whenever I walk regularly, pain will repeats. It is reoccurring. I feel pain at 4-6 parts of my foot. What should I do?

as basic foot prblms my suggestionTo you will be
1. change your foot wear
2. use a soft sandle or sport shoe has sole of memory foam
3. apply ice to your feet for 20 min thrice per day for 7 days.
(put ice in thin cloth and apply. not directly to skin)
4. physio excersies for plantar foot streching / calf muscles streching excersies.
5. Pain medications amd other Medicine can be discussed online with us or your Orthopaedic doctor.

use those soft above mentioned sandle or shoes continuously at home and at work place or going outside . for 4 week's. your complaint will resolve.
