Foot metatarsal
All Metatarsal joint dislocation ,2nd &5th metatarsal joint fracture . Sir 25 KO mera accident hwa tha and 25 ko operation hogaya but 1st metatarsal joint not joint up & down. Sir please help me.

• Standing calf stretch • Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Hams Stretching. Sports Taping. Hot Fomentation. Metatarsal joint mobilization Towel curling with toes.

Looks like you have what is called lisfranc fracture dislocation. More x-ray
