Foot injury
Hi everyone, Actually last month i fall down and my foot got injured .i used violini ,crepe bandage and hot water . Now swelling is not there and i can walk without any prblm. But there is some internal prblm and it starts paining anytime when i move my foot frequently and  i can not run or jump . So plz tell me to which doctor i should consult so that my foot will be permanently fine .

Use footwear with good cushion support inside or u may use silicone insole Use sport shoe and don't use shoes without lace Tie your shoe with lace tightly Your foot should not be loose inside your foot wear You may use good quality floater sandals with straps tightly tied Contact me

firstly u should rule out that their is internal tearing or not with the help of x-ray . if x-ray is normal then u should consult any homoeopathic physician. u feel better and completly cure
