A cyst is formed in the foot, this has been existing since childhood, despite consulting doctors, the condition hasn't improved. This formation happens once a year and goes off after a few days without any medication, but there's constant pain while walking or when it comes in contact with anything.
Please see the attached pic. I'm not sure who should be consulted for this. Any suggestion would help.

It is just accumulation of fluid under the skin and above the subcutaneous tissue, which causes due to friction between your foot with shoe or footwear and for some people, it mostly happens in the winter seasons.
It looks like you have peeled the skin off which caused local inflammation and that is what the reason for the pain
