Entrapped nerve in foot
I have two nerves on foot that i suspect are entrapped. It is causing sharp pain and sending shivers upwards all the way to my hip region

The cause of pain needs to be evaluated. Is there a history of fall and injury?
The picture you sent shows normal veins over the foot, and it's not nerves which a re popping out.
There is a chance that it might be a sprain of the foot muscles after whatever the cause may be.
For now, take zerodol MR one tablet per day for the next 10 days.
If there is a pain still persisting after one week, kindly consult for further evaluation.
