Hello there,
Definitely it's not safe at all though it's well cooked. You need to avoid such thing in this Covid-19 pandemic. Don't eat pack food, junk food. For strong immunity fresh, well cooked home made veg food is Best as it's Satvik.

It's infected urine is poisonous spreads leptospirosis a bacterial infection to humans.
