You are normal. You lead a normal life. Pregnancy is just a chapter in your normal life. You can have whatever you want to eat, but in moderation. You should avoid spicy food and stale food because they may cause stomach upset. You can eat all fruits that you like, but avoid papaya. As long as you don't have symptoms which make you consult a doctor, the tag line is BE NORMAL.
