Food to eat in loose moti
I am having loose motion these days. I can't eat khichdi daliya everyday. I can't eat curd rice because I have cough. Can you some other food to eat at dinner breakfast lunch? I am vegetarian.

Hello There. I can understand your concern. since how many days are you having this issue. usually with proper treatment it lasts for upto 2 days. and you have to adjust for 2 days and I'm sure you can. anyways, you can have plain rice with some dal and the soft diet. just avoid oily and spicy foods. drink lots of water and ORS. take capsule.
