Food poisoning
Not feeling well since yesterday evening after having my lunch. I have vomitted 2-3 times and loose motion is there.

Hi there. In case of food poisoning, you should hydrate your self all the time. If there is NO FEVER or loose stools, then there is no need of taking antibiotics. Just take ORS or make your own ORS at home by taking 1 lit of water +5 spoons of sugar+ 1/2 spoon of salt- mix them well and drink it. Take care . For any queries you can consult me anytime.

You maybe suffering from acute gastroenteritis. Maintain hydration and take antiemetics like Ondansetron 4 mg and guy antibiotics like Metronidazole 400mg thrice daily after meals. Consult a Physician at your locality.
