Is it safe to consume coconut water 4 days in a week in second trimester? and, is adding sugar to milk ok?

As far as you are not diabetic its okay to have sugar in your diet up to 20 - 25 grams per day. And 1 coconut water (usually 100ml) may not created much problem, in fact its good for health, as there are many nutrients in it. Any other queries?
