Food in thyroid
My Anti TPO result is 1300. I have started medicine for this. I want to know that which kind of food i should avoid to cure this. Thanks in advance.

Don't worry ..Diet doesn't a play a role in your condition.. suggest to follow a balanced diet

Low fat protein rich diet is advisable in such condition

Avoid pattagobhi , fulgobhi and shimla mirch as this alter thyroid levels .

Means you are suffering from hypothyroidism. Food has I think not much role in curing this disease. But it is important to take medication regularly and take low fat, calcium rich diet
