Thyroid was detected during pregnancy 12 month ago and taking thyroid tablets 50mcg since. Now Did TPO test and finding is 320.60 IU/ml. Method ECLIA.. pls suggest if this result is positive or negative..and i should continue or stop thyroid tablets?

Reference values of TPO is <9.0 IU/ml.
Values >9.0 IU/mL generally are associated with autoimmune thyroiditis, but elevations are also seen in other autoimmune diseases.
