Food Chart for 1 year kid
Hi.. Please suggest some healthy food for my kid. Example:Kind of weekly chart. She is not eating properly. Thanks

After 1 year you can give all home made food which you have but less oily and less spicy. Dal rice sabji roti fruits curd buttermilk. All can be given.
