Folsafe l and formitol
Is it safe to take folsafe l ( once a day ) and formitol ( twice a day ) as prenatal vitamin ? Isn't it above recommended dose ?please advise

FORMITOL Contains: D-chiro-Inositol L-methylfolate Mecobalamin Metformin Myo-inositol Which is used for PCOS, Insulin resistance related infertility. Which also helps u in weight reduction as Insulin sensitizer like Myo-inosutol, Metformin is there. Also contains Folic acid supplements. FOLSAFE Contains: L-methylfolate Methylcobalamin Pyridoxin It's simple Folic acid supplements. No benefits of Insulin sensitizer.
Next Steps
You can continue with Tablet Formitol twice daily. and stop Tablet Folsafe. as Folsafe has only Folic acid which will be covered in Formitol.
