Tvs report on Day 10 shows 1 follicle in right ovary of size 14×17mm, what does this mean ? Is this a dominant follicle of size 17mm ?

Usually an average is taken and size of 19-20mm is required for the follicle to rupture
You’ll have to continue follicular monitoring as advised
