My right ovary shows 26*19 and my doctor stated left ovary as MST and ET as 8mm. When does it rupture and why left ovary does not show any measurements?

The scan means that there is a dominant follicle in the right ovary whereas there are none in the left ovary, which is normal! Unless you have taken medication to induce ovulation there will be only one dominant follicle.
Next Steps
in case you are planning to conceive, then have intercourse every alternate day and do a scan after three days to confirm ovulation. and wait and see if u get your periods.

It should be ruptured spontaneously with in 24 hrs so do repeat scan every day to know ovulation occurred. You left ovary has multiple small follicles that dosenot give ovulation so no need to mention its measurement
