I was given HCG 5000 injection (2) when my follicle size is 18*19mm but after 2 days it didn't ruptured and on the same day at 1 pm it grows to 24*24 mm and at 5 pm it grows to 28*28mm but didn't ruptured..today i undergone with the scanning again..dr said follicle was partially ruptured.. its size decreased to 25mm and has some free fluid.. can you please suggest me the problem here.. why my egg didn't ruptured and is this any serious problem of partial rupturing, will oocyte release without total follicle rupturing.. Please suggest..

That follicle has ruptured, decrease in size means ruptured only, and theres no partial rupture concept, just go for timing cycle or iui as asvised by your doctor
Next Steps
