Hi Dr.. For past 3 months (preconception)i use to take folic acid before bed at night after dinner.. Now i got positive pregnancy test.. Now can i continue taking folic acid at night?.My Dr just told me to continue folic acud and come for early scan at 7wks but the pharmacist told me to take folic acid at morning.. Now if i change the timing will it cause any adverse effect?.. Should i change the timing?

Yes you have to continue taking folic acid supplements for the first 12 weeks It doesn't matter what time of the day you take it
